Background & Qualifications
I am a qualified BACP registered and experienced counsellor committed to supporting my clients with compassion, professionalism, and a diverse range of therapeutic approaches. My background includes work across a broad spectrum of mental health settings, enabling me to offer holistic and well-informed support.
Why I Do This Work
Like many counsellors, I’ve known what it’s like to feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. Those experiences shaped my belief that everyone deserves a place where they can be heard without pressure or expectation. Supporting people through their most human moments — grief, fear, confusion, hope, change — is something I consider a privilege.
Outside of therapy, I’m a writer, a lover of gentle spaces, and someone who believes deeply in the power of humour, metaphor, and creativity to help us understand ourselves. I’m also neurodivergent, which shapes the sensory‑aware, pressure‑free way I work.
